To deal with this we require the following information: -
  1. Full name, address, date of birth, other directorships and occupation of each director.
  2. Full name and address of the company secretary. A company need not have a company secretary but if one is considered appropriate then this information is required.
  3. Registered office of the company. We are happy for our offices to be used as the registered office of the company.
  4. Full names and addresses of each shareholder and the number of shares to be issued to each director.
  5. Accounting year-end date. A company is automatically given a year-end date ending at the end of the month one year after incorporation. If this is not appropriate, the year-end date can be changed by filing the appropriate form.
